Here's another way to look at it: Everything is now miscellaneous. It took a couple hundred years to organize the world's information and just a few for the Internet to blow it all up.
It's like an atom bomb has gone off, exploding the organized world into billions of atoms -- searchable, linked, but otherwise out of context.
Humpty Dumpty. Can all the king's horse and all the kings men put humpty together again?
We're here to try.
